How to do the daily maintenance of CNC lathes?
The daily maintenance of CNC lathes is a very important link, which not only affects the service life of the equipment, but also prevents problems during the operation from delaying the operation process. The controller requiring maintenance not only needs to have common knowledge of machinery, processing technology, hydraulics, etc., but also common sense of electronic computers, automatic control, driving and measurement technology. Only by understanding the equipment and doing daily maintenance, can it prevent daily operations. Equipment faults, the following editor briefly describes what should be paid attention to during maintenance operations:
1. Choose a suitable application environment to ensure the sanitation of the equipment site to prevent dust from entering the parts and affecting the compactness of the processed parts. The operating environment of the equipment will also affect the normal operation of the machine tool, so when installing the machine tool, it should strictly comply with the installation conditions and requirements of the machine tool manual.
2. The daily maintenance of CNC lathes should be dedicated personnel who are equipped with CNC system programming, operation and maintenance. These personnel should understand the machine tool's machinery, numerical control system, strong electric equipment, hydraulic pressure, air pressure and other features, operating environment, processing conditions, etc., and be able to use it correctly in accordance with the requirements of the machine tool and system operating instructions.
3. Clean in time. Such as cleaning of air filters, electrical cabinets, and cleaning of printed circuit boards. Check the machine tool cable, mainly check the moving joints and corners of the cable to see if there are faults such as poor contact, disconnection, and short circuit.
Fourth, the parameter memory of some numerical control systems uses CMOS components, and the storage content is maintained by battery power when the power is off. When a low-voltage alarm occurs, the battery must be replaced in time, and the control system must be energized, otherwise the stored parameters will be lost and the CNC system will not work.
5. No daily maintenance of CNC lathes for a long time. When the equipment is not in use, the CNC system should be energized frequently, and the machine should be run dry when the machine is locked. In the rainy season when the air humidity is relatively high, the electricity should be turned on every day, and the electric components themselves should be used to heat away the moisture in the CNC cabinet to ensure the stable and reliable performance of the electronic components.
